I’m deeply sorry if you are not satisfied with the aquarium supply you purchased. Please be assured that I fully understand your needs and will do my best to resolve the issue. In order to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible, I have developed the following detailed return policy to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected.
If you need to return an item, I will do my best to assist you with the return process. The return validity period of Feelrejoices is 7 natural days. You can apply for return within 7 natural days after signing for it, and we will give you a full refund.
Things to note before returning goods:
1) Return requests need to be made within 7 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 7 natural days, we will no longer accept your return request.
2) Please make sure that the packaging is in good condition when returning the product. There is a return label inside the packaging. You need to send it back with aquarium supply when returning the product.
3) The returned aquarium supply can be in a lightly used state, but there must be no obvious traces of use or man-made damage, or dirt.
About canceling orders
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account orders details.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
After the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
Steps to apply for return or exchange
Step 1: Apply for a return or exchange
If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact customer service Kyla Kirkendoll at [email protected] within 7 natural days after receipt, explain the reason for your return or exchange, and provide relevant order information.
Alternatively, you can find the order you need to return or exchange on the orders details page and submit your return or exchange application.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation
We will confirm it as soon as possible within 1-2 business days after receiving your return or exchange application, please.
Return order processing time
We will do our best to ensure that your return request is processed efficiently and promptly. Normally, we will process it within 1-2 business days.
Feelrejoices.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (EST).
Return orders placed after 5:00 pm from Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Return orders are not processed on weekends.
If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact customer service Kyla Kirkendoll at [email protected] and we will prioritize it for you.
Return process
If you are not satisfied with our aquarium supply, you can return it by following the steps below after making a return application:
1) There is a return label in our original packaging. Please fill in the relevant information on the label before returning the product.
2) Pack the aquarium supply in its original packaging, including the return label, and mail the aquarium supply to 121 1/2 S Main St Apt 5, Elkhart, Indiana, 46516.
3) After express delivery, please send the logistics information and express tracking number to customer service Kyla Kirkendoll via email [email protected] so that we can refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.
4) Once we receive the returned aquarium supply, the refund process will begin. Your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
Return shipping costs
1) If the aquarium supply you receive has quality problems such as damage, the shipping cost will be borne by Feelrejoices.com.
2) If you need to return the product because you don’t like the style of aquarium supply or for other reasons of personal preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Exchange process
If you need to exchange the product within 7 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process after making the exchange application:
1) Pack the aquarium supply in its original packaging and send the aquarium supply to 121 1/2 S Main St Apt 5, Elkhart, Indiana, 46516.
2) After the express delivery, please send the logistics information and express tracking number to [email protected] via email to contact our customer service Kyla Kirkendoll so that you can re-delivery as soon as possible after we receive it.
Exchange shipping costs
1) If the aquarium supply is required to be replaced due to quality or shipping issues (for example, the aquarium supply received is defective or damaged), the shipping cost will be borne by Feelrejoices.com.
2) If the exchange is not due to aquarium supply quality problems or missing products, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Refund amount
1) Refund processing method for successful returns
After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.
2) Refund processing method for canceled orders
After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.
It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.
About the cost of secondary listing
Please note that you do not need to pay for secondary listings.
Warranty Policy
To provide extra protection for your shopping experience, Feelrejoices provides a 2-month warranty for the fish tank heating rod.
If your fish tank heating rod has quality problems such as failure to heat during the warranty period, please contact our customer service Kyla Kirkendoll via email [email protected] as soon as possible and provide the order number and photos and videos reflecting the product problem.
After receiving your email, we will respond to your request within 1-2 business days and confirm the repair time and cost with you.
After confirmation, please send the fish tank heating rod back to 121 1/2 S Main St Apt 5, Elkhart, Indiana, 46516, and send the logistics information to customer service Kyla Kirkendoll via email [email protected].
After the repair is completed, we will ship it back to you.
Notice:
1) If there is a quality problem such as failure to heat, the repair costs and freight will be borne by us; if the fish tank heating rod is damaged due to your carelessness, the repair costs and freight will be borne by you.
2) The warranty is effective from the date you sign for the fish tank heating rod.
